At Whole Tone Therapy, we believe that you are a capable and empowered individual. Not everyone is comfortable communicating with words, which is why we are committed to exploring creative modalities as a way to engage clients in the therapy process. These interventions might include songwriting, expressing ourselves on musical instruments, engaging in music mindfulness, creating music playlists for different moods, and exploring movement.
